The Global Supplier Quality team ensures seamless industrialization, launch, and long-term excellence of innovative products. As a Supplier Quality Engineer for Methods & Process, you’ll work to build, ensure application, and maintain the Global SQ QMS.  


Reporting to the Manager of Supplier Quality, developing and adapting QMS standards for project and mass production phases.  


The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and globally mobile—ready to execute across NA, Asia, EU, and KSA. An innate ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is highly desirable.   


You Will:  



  • Drive continuous improvement and development of adaptive SQ standards to support the launch of KSA operations 

  • Participate in the application of SQ standards by conducting the necessary audits 

  • Develop SQ and supplier scorecards/bidlists 

  • Accelerate continuous improvement around Supplier Quality performance 

  • Share lessons learned for continuous improvement of SQ standards 


You Bring:



  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing business  

  • Knowledge in APQP, auditing and capacity is a plus 

  • Project experience with suppliers launches  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proven program management capabilities and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Hands-on supplier industrialization, supplier quality toolbox (ISO, IATF, DFM, GD&T) and automotive core pillars (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA) experience 

  • Experience in auditing suppliers and assessments using industry standard methodologies  

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, hands-on and data-driven, creative mindset in problem-solving  

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, be part of the solution and be able to adapt to the dynamic working environment  

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
