The Global Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team ensures seamless industrialization, launch, and long-term excellence of innovative products. As a Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer – Program & Plant, you will be responsible for executing SQE activities and supporting cross-functional stakeholders (project, engineering, quality, plant) throughout the project phase and into mass production.
Reporting to the Head of KSA Supplier Quality, you will contribute to successful project launches from pre-sourcing through development. Your scope includes RFQ assessments, supplier industrial readiness evaluations, critical supplier identification, and capacity validation. You will monitor and communicate program status across SQ and plant teams.
During mass production, you will support plant quality by coordinating issue resolution with the global SQ organization when critical supplier problems arise.
This role does not include people management responsibilities but requires strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
