Leading the future in luxury electric and mobility

At Lucid, we set out to introduce the most captivating, luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and transcend the perceived limitations of space, performance, and intelligence. Vehicles that are intuitive, liberating, and designed for the future of mobility.

We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.

Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This unique hybrid role combines strategic product management with hands-on technical development responsibilities. You will partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance our customer experience, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

  • Define and own the product roadmap for Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.), aligned with business objectives.

  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, product specs, and acceptance criteria.

  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature delivery in collaboration with engineering teams.

  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, adoption, and feedback.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT.

Technical Leadership & Development

  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers and architects to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

  • Contribute to the development process with hands-on work where appropriate—such as building flows, custom objects, Apex classes, Lightning components, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

  • Own technical documentation for product features, data models, and architecture.

  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and deployment best practices.

  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and proactively suggest relevant innovations.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments.

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, etc.).

  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical products using Agile methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security principles.

  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical) and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).

  • Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, etc.).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and test automation within Salesforce environments.

  • Understanding of business processes such as lead-to-cash, case management, or partner lifecycle.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
