In this role, you will refine and implement a forward-thinking collision repair strategy that strengthens our brand and supports continued growth. By enhancing our high-performing network of body shops and fostering strong partnerships with insurers and internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence combined with innovative technology.
You will oversee performance, enforce standards, and drive continuous improvement—ensuring every repair meets Lucid’s uncompromising safety and quality requirements.
