Main responsibilities:
- Establish strong Holding Finance function
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Holding Finance team
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and month-end closing processes for accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor company‘s financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Support management with financial insights, reports, and expert recommendations
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain robust internal controls.
- Streamline finance procedures to improve efficiency and support ad hoc analysis and projects
What do we expect?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (a master's degree or professional certification is highly desirable)
- Extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced use of financial software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, ERP systems)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership, team management and change management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English and Lithuanian language, both verbal and written
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS

Monthly salary: €4 070,00 - €6 110,00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
