Position Summary

This role plays an important part in shaping and delivering digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for driving execution, ensuring compliance, enabling marketing technologies, and providing actionable insights across our digital channels.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers digital experiences and campaigns, including complex multi‑channel initiatives with attention to detail.

• Ensures all digital marketing activities comply with privacy, data protection, and regulatory standards, staying current on emerging requirements.

• Collaborates effectively with marketing partners to enhance campaigns and recommends innovative ways to use technology to improve performance and efficiency.

• Maintains a strong understanding of digital marketing and lead‑generation strategies, proactively identifying opportunities to introduce new tools, capabilities, and best practices.

• Works closely with teams and partners to support testing, adoption, and rollout of marketing technology enhancements.

• Keeps marketing tools, platforms, and processes up to date, ensuring the team benefits from the latest advancements and insights.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in leading or managing marketing delivery, digital execution, or field marketing functions in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/ Business Management and/or relevant professional qualification

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proven track record to deliver measurable and meaningful results, supported by analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.

• A growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Ability to work UK hours
