Responsibilities

  • The Contact Center Trainer ensures a world-class patient experience by designing and facilitating technical (EPIC) and soft-skill training for adult learners.
  • Retains talent through a positive onboarding, training, and transition experience.
  • Forms strong relationships and collaborates with Operations and other Support departments to develop and deliver recurrent education to Schedulers.
  • Applies adult learning principles and practices to continually improve curriculum and develop value-added continuing education.
  • Develops industry-standard facilitator-led and web-based curriculum to enable the best patient experience.
  • Has a positive cultural impact through engineering organizational learning within the contact center.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

  • Associate degree.
  • 2+ years of healthcare work experience, hospital patient accounting experience, including clinical software.
  • Required Epic training certification.
  • Strong computer Skills, Word, Excel, and healthcare financial software.

Preferred Job Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree.
