Welcome to Love's: The Data Management Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring item and data integrity, overseeing the setup and maintenance of in-store merchandise. This role involves close collaboration with various Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless integration and accuracy of data within our systems, enhancing the overall efficiency and reliability of Supply Chain processes. The Data Management Specialist will also play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing data quality initiatives, fostering a proactive approach to maintaining a high standard of accuracy and consistency across all aspects of master data management within the organization.

This full-time postition is located at Love's corporate headquarters in Oklahoma City. Hybrid work is an option after training period is complete; 4 workdays will be onsite and work from home/remote work is offered on Wednesdays.
The starting base pay will be $20-25/hour.
