TVC Pro-Driver is a member of the Love’s Family of Companies and is a commercial driver’s license (CDL) protection subscription service with more than thirty-five years of experience assisting individual drivers and fleets in reducing or dismissing fines, preventing downtime for court and protecting compliance, safety and accountability (CSA) scores.

 

Basice Purpose: The Field Sales Manager is responsible for developing and expanding the market within their assigned territory by leading from the front—driving membership sales, recruiting high-performing associates, and ensuring their ongoing training, performance, and retention.

 

Job Functions:

  • Establish a strong leadership presence as the primary sales representative at a newly established truck stop location.
  • Proactively engage customers as they enter the truck stop by quickly identifying their needs, delivering concise and effective sales presentations, recommending appropriate product and service features and benefits, presenting pricing, and closing sales.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally resolving customer and prospective customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • While maintaining consistent personal sales performance, assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training additional sales associates to ensure adequate staffing coverage for all scheduled shifts.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement necessary strategic adjustments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives and operational needs.

 

 

Experience and Qualifications: 

 

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ideal candidate will have 3 or more years’ experience in a System Administrator, Cloud Administrator, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience administering a major public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience administering operating systems and virtualization platforms in enterprise environments

    • Demonstrates success selling products or services in face-to-face, customer-driven environments, with the ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close sales in a field-based setting.
    • Ability to manage individual and team sales performance against defined quotas and KPIs, track results, analyze trends, and take corrective action to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    •  Proven experience identifying sales talent, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, delivering structured training, and providing ongoing coaching to improve productivity and engagement.
    • Skilled in implementing motivation, recognition, and development strategies that promote associate retention, career growth, and sustained performance.
    • Ability to produce clear, professional written communications, including reports, emails, training materials, and performance documentation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Prolonged standing, sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Eye strain (screen use)
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
  • Additional hours may be necessary.
