Job Description
岗位概述:
- 协助安全经理建立安全管理体系
- 确保公司运营符合SHE相关法律法规及无重大安全、健康和环境事件的发生
- 现场安全检查、监督、制定整改行动计划并跟踪反馈结果，推动SHE各项指标的持续改善
主要职责:
- 根据国家安全相关的法律法规，及时进行内部沟通、差距分析和推动符合行动计划的建立和实施；
- 负责现场危险源辨识，针对不同等级的危险源制定管控方法，并根据项目调整及时重新识别危险源，会同专业人员对进场设备对进行检查，确保符合要求、证件齐全；
- 参与高风险作业的审批、评价和督查，组织定期和不定期的现场安全大检查并跟进改进措施落实，跟进SHE事故的调查和报告；
- 协调组织举行SHE各项会议，并记录和推进会议跟进措施落实；
- 协组SHE经理拟订EHS规章制度和操作规程；
- 组织实施SHE培训，确保员工具备岗位所需的SHE知识和能力，确保承包员工都经过培训并考核合格，并做好培训教育记录建立档案；
- 组织制定各类应急预案，并定期组织开展预案的演练；
- 负责与政府监管机构、利益相关方沟通与协调SHE相关事务；
- 分享、推动行业内外适用的SHE最佳实践的实现；
- 负责SHE相关数据的收集、统计风险和报告等；
- 及时汇报工作进度和存在问题点，按时完成个人月报、年度工作总结及计划；
- 上级交办的其他事项。
Qualifications
技能知识
- 良好学习能力；
- 熟悉 SHE相关法规及具备 ISO14001、ISO45001、安全标准化等基本知识；
- 良好的组织和人际交往能力；
- 熟悉安全操作规程的编制、监督执行，了解工艺安全管理相关制度；
- 良好的电脑操作能力。
工作经历:
- 油脂生产、饲料加工、化工、食品加工等行业至少2年相关工作经验
教育背景:
- 安全/环境/食品/机械/化学等工程类专业本科以上学历
语言能力:
- 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力优先
其他相关技能:
- 具有国家注册安全工程师资质或同等国际认证资质优先

What you'll do
- Assist the safety manager in establishing a safety management system and ensure compliance with SHE-related laws and regulations. Conduct on-site safety inspections, develop corrective action plans, and track results to promote continuous improvement of SHE indicators.
