As a Reservations Agent, you play a key role in the guest journey from the very first point of contact. You are responsible for creating accurate quotations, making, adjusting and processing reservations, and assisting guests with their requests. You will work closely with the Sales, Events and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless reservation process.

This is an office-based role with varying shifts, requiring strong multitasking skills, accuracy and a genuine passion for service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests via phone and email in a professional and service-oriented manner

• Create and manage individual reservations and quotations in Opera PMS

• Adjust and check existing reservations, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Assist guests with additional requests and resolve reservation-related complaints

• Provide clear information on rates, availability and hotel services

• Liaise closely with Sales, Events and Front Office departments on reservation-related matters

• Maintain an overview of daily tasks while multitasking between systems, phone and email
