Senior Warehouse Associate

Location: This is an on-site position located in Pearland, TX.

The purpose of this role is to perform operations of the Materials Management department with awareness and knowledge of the various areas of the operations in Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Warehousing, Inventory control, Manufacturing, GMP environments and Consumption of material. The Senior Warehouse Associate serves as a key leader within the warehouse team, taking on project leadership responsibilities, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations, and playing a significant role in regulatory compliance, and this position is the final step before transitioning into a supervisory role.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to SOPs.

  • Act as the escalation point for complex operational issues, working with supervisors to resolve them promptly.

  • Responsible for KPI implementation and tracking of responsible area.

  • Lead departmental projects, such as implementing new inventory systems or optimizing material flows.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse operations with organizational goals.

  • High accountability and ownership of complex tasks and projects.

  • Decision-making skills to resolve operational challenges and escalate appropriately when needed.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of supply chain experience.

  • Experience with SAP / Inventory systems.

  • MS Outlook, Excel, Word experience.
