Research Associate Analytical Development Bioconjugates 

Location: Oss   

As a result of the increasing number of projects, we are  currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Research Associate  Analytical Development Bioconjugates. You will operate in a team that  supports the analysis of ADCs with several analytical techniques such as  UPLC, CE-SDS, SEC, LC-MS. Key tasks will be performing standard analysis  to support the process development group, setting up new analytical  methods with subsequent optimization and validation.

What you will do: 

  • Execution of sample preparation and analysis using various analytical techniques such as SEC, RP-UPLC, LC-MS and CE-SDS in accordance with existing SOPs. 

  • Development, optimization and (when required) validation of new molecule-specific analytical methods 

  • Processing, analyzing, documenting and communicating results 

  • Delivery of high-quality project-related documentation including certificates of testing (CoTs) and final reports 

  • Perform general support to lab operations 

What we are looking for: 

  • MSc degree in Analytical Chemistry 

  • Experience with various analysis techniques including SEC, IEX, CE-SDS, RP-HPLC and LC-MS. Experience with handling and characterization of antibodies or other proteins is desirable.  

  • Familiarity with common steps and strategies of method development, optimization and validation 

  • Strong commitment to laboratory work and project delivery  

  • Attention to detail and accuracy  

  • Strong team-player mentality 

  • There is no visa sponsorship available for this role
