We are seeking a highly experienced P2P Process Improvement Specialist with deep expertise in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) domain. This role is pivotal in identifying and driving transformative opportunities that enhance process efficiency, strengthen operational excellence, and improve customer experience. The successful candidate will lead change through data-driven insights, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a best-in-class P2P process.

What you will do:

• Act as a strategic contributor to initiatives led by the Global Process Owner (GPO (Global Process Owner)) team
• Partner with Procurement and key stakeholders to optimize the end-to-end S2P process
• Build strong relationships to foster collaboration and deliver innovative solutions
• Lead and support process re-engineering and continuous improvement efforts
• Use data to identify improvements, validate solutions, and implement changes smoothly
• Apply existing tools and methodologies to manage and track improvement initiatives
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement through best practice sharing and hands-on leadership

What we are looking for:

• Proven expertise in end-to-end P2P processes, including Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
• Continuous improvement mindset with practical experience in driving change
• Understanding of GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) processes and financial controls related to accruals
• Minimum 5 years experience in P2P environment
• Hands-on SAP experience is highly preferred
