What you’ll do:

• Drive the implementation and continuous optimization of all logistics and supply chain processes related to goods receipt, sampling, storage, and distribution within a GMP-regulated environment.

• Establish and maintain logistics SOPs in alignment with corporate and regulatory requirements.

• Lead local and cross-functional projects as Subject Matter Expert (SME) - from conceptual design through execution to successful completion.

• Represent the logistics function during regulatory inspections, customer audits, and client visits and presentations.

• Support deviation management and change control: act as second-level responsible for deviation investigations, assist with CAPA creation and timely implementation in TrackWise.

• Develop and deliver training programs, including on-the-job training, to ensure operational excellence within the team.

What we’re looking for:

• Several years of professional experience in GMP-controlled pharmaceutical or biotech logistics, covering inbound, sampling, storage, and distribution processes.

• Technical Education or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.

• Proven expertise in process design, improvement, and implementation of logistics workflows.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into structured, actionable solutions.

• Knowledge of SAP MM and EWM, particularly in inbound, warehouse management integration, picking, and shipment processes.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Languages: Business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
