  • Incorporate DAX measures for call center KPIs (ex. AHT, ASA, abandonment, CSAT, volume, etc.) that support process analysis, value stream analysis, and service blueprint development.
  • Create user friendly dashboards and visualizations that show (at a minimum):

    • Which technologies support each channel and process
    • Where technology overlap or redundancy exists
  • Optimize Power BI models for performance, scalability, and refresh reliability.
  • Document data models, metrics, and ETL logic for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Section 508 compliance tracking between Genesys and VA, ensuring deliverables meet VA accessibility requirements.
  • Assess design team and customer data needs and help find ways to add value.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree from an accredited college or university in a data-related field of study (ex. data science, business, data engineering).
  • At least 2-3 years hands-on Power BI development experience in multi-source data environments; demonstrating proficiency with data modeling, ETL and DAX for advanced calculations and performance optimization.
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate multi-source technical data into executive-level insights and visuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces.
  • Ability to learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
  • Proven track record of independent work and ownership of analytical projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with project teams to transform data into simplified, meaningful, and actionable visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to pass a VA public trust background investigation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with contact center operations and performance
  • Experience working with call center, CRM, or telephony data, including Cisco, Genesys Cloud CX, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Familiarity with Section 508 compliance requirements and accessibility standards for cloud-based technologies.
