At Logex in Brno, we develop software for hospitals that helps improve the quality of healthcare. We are currently a team of just over 70 people and are looking for a new teammate who will take ownership of HR Operations and help maintain a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere in the office. Our colleague Iveta is about to start a new chapter in her life, and as her role is crucial for the smooth day-to-day running of the office, we are looking for someone to step in and take over her responsibilities.
Experience in a similar role or with the responsibilities listed below
Solid knowledge of Czech Labour Law — it’s your daily bread
A communicative and positive personality who enjoys working with people
Proactivity and the confidence to bring ideas to life
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to make independent decisions, manage time effectively, and take responsibility seriously
Strong organizational skills and no hesitation to pick up the phone and ask — communication is key to success
Comfort with productive work both from home and from the office
Fluent English
Supporting both new and existing colleagues at Logex with HR-related questions
Preparing payroll inputs for an external payroll provider
Managing the attendance and HR systems to ensure data accuracy (we use Giriton and Personio)
Overseeing the entire onboarding process — because we want the first day to be perfect
Ensuring smooth offboarding when someone decides to leave
Managing everything related to employee benefits
Maintaining employee records in both digital and paper form
Supporting the implementation of new HR policies and clearly explaining existing ones
Collaborating on global HR projects (e.g. UK payroll)
As part of the Brno HR team, you will work closely with Míša and Jana, as well as with our Country Head, Petr
We won’t try to lure you with meal vouchers, 5 sick days, flexible working hours, home office, 5 weeks of vacation, insurance, a learning budget, or a friendly and easy-going team — everyone offers that these days, us included.
But what do our people actually say?
I’m the master of my own time here.
Tasks are clearly defined. When I complete them is up to me.
Everyone is open to new ideas and ways of thinking.
Athlete, bookworm, or board-game lover? At Logex, everyone finds their thing.
We try to keep meetings factual and to the point.
It’s great that everyone has their own budget for personal development.
Špilas in the palm of your hand, Petrov within reach — the view from the window is simply amazing!
You can find out more, for example, in an interview with your potential manager Míša and other colleagues on our website.
Friendly and informal — we’re all on a first-name basis.
We enjoy getting together over good food, so a fully equipped kitchen with the option to eat together is a must (including a drawer full of sweets 😊).
We work as a team, which means helping each other comes naturally — no one is afraid to ask for advice, and everyone is happy to help.
We relax by playing table football, running, doing yoga, putting together puzzles, or competing in crokinole.
After-work beers and other events are nothing unusual either.
You can get an even better feel for it in interviews with Míša and other colleagues.
You can apply via the button below and upload your CV. For more information, or in case you have any questions, you can contact Michaela Knápkova via [email protected].
