Qualifications:
1-3 cooking experience in a high-volume hotel or freestanding restaurant preferred.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent English communications skills, written and verbal required.
Ability to work flexible schedule to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
Prepares and stores all food products prior to cooking.
Follows standardized recipes in the preparation of menu items prior to cooking.
Uses knives, slicers, mixers, choppers, grinders and all other equipment in a safe manner.
Other duties as assigned.

What you'll do
- The Cook III prepares and stores all food products prior to cooking and follows standardized recipes in the preparation of menu items. They also ensure safe usage of kitchen equipment and perform other duties as assigned.
