Qualifications:
Food and Beverage experience preferred.
Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent guest service skills.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders and guests.
Ability to work flexible schedule to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays required.
Responsibilities:
Clears soiled plates, service ware etc. from service areas and tables to dish wash area, sorts appropriately.
Greets guests and assists Server with delivery of water and beverages.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areas
Other duties as assigned.

- The busperson is responsible for clearing soiled plates and service ware from service areas and tables, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the dining room. They also greet guests and assist servers with beverage delivery.
