<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Join Locus Robotics as a skilled and dynamic Project Manager on our Deployment Team, where you'll play a key role in delivering innovative robotics solutions to our customers<strong>.</strong> In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) deployment projects—developing detailed project plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and guiding cross-functional teams through successful implementations. You’ll be responsible for making critical path decisions during deployments, ensuring timelines are met, and managing multiple projects across geographically diverse locations using proven project management methodologies.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and project manage the deployment of Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) solutions within customer warehouse environments, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate customer kickoff sessions to define expectations, outline project milestones, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders at the start of each deployment. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive customer workshops to clarify project goals, gather requirements, and lock in the final scope and technical configuration for each deployment.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop project schedules, cross-functional plans, and resource allocation strategies to ensure effective execution and alignment across teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure projects stay on track by coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams, including internal staff, client stakeholders, and external vendors, to align resources with project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assure customer satisfaction, coordinating team resources to address customer issues with speed and efficiency.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful project elements.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Communicate project status weekly through project dashboard reporting process.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Development of issue mitigation options cross functionally, gaining approval of plans, and ensuring execution of those plan.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, CIS or a related technical field.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years’ experience in high tech project management.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years’ experience in 3PL, logistics, supply chain, warehousing.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years’ experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to manage outward-facing project teams involving dedicated cross functional staff, client resources, and outside vendors.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in developing and maintaining complex project plans related applications.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Native or professional-level German communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with German-speaking customers.</span></li>
