• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.
• Help review and organize financial documents to support audits, reporting, and month‑end close.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable, including tracking payments and updating records.
• Work with project accountants to help monitor budgets, expenses, and project financials.
• Assist with preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for internal teams.
• Help maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial files and digital records.
• Jump in on other finance and administrative tasks as needed — every day brings something new.

• Students pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
