  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, Sourcing, Replenishment, Transport, and Data Operations teams to ensure data quality and support the implementation of new process changes.

  • Execute the setup and maintenance of critical sourcing data, including article-to-warehouse and vendor-to-warehouse pathways.

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain transitions, including vendor, Distribution Center (DC), and network changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Act as a key point of contact for resolving sourcing issues, investigating, and correcting data discrepancies between warehouses and stores.

  • Analyze and resolve complex system, business, and process-related inquiries from internal stakeholders, providing clear explanations and effective solutions.

  • Review and maintain key reports related to sourcing data to identify trends, ensure integrity, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Contribute to team development by facilitating training sessions and leading huddle discussions on process updates and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management) or equivalent experience.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a retail or supply chain environment.

  • Strong proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of legacy systems and their coexistence with modern platforms (e.g., IPFR).

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly to various audiences.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • A self-motivated team player with a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.

  • Flexibility to work weekends as required by business needs.

  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

  • Direct experience with JDA/IPFR systems.
