About this role

Position Summary:
 
Responsible for the collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and for managing the production launch. Coordinates design/implementation efforts between internal teams and outside merchants and vendors to develop optimal solutions. Makes appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicates goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Defines requirements, metrics analysis, development, testing, and launching efforts.
  • Works with designers to optimize product features for enhanced user experience.
  • Assists with the investigation and root cause resolution for escalations.
  • Assists senior product leaders in development and updates for the product roadmap.
  • Conducts sophisticated quantitative, qualitative, business, and strategic analysis to identify, develop and implement revenue-generating and cost saving projects and programs impacting business and customer experience.
  • Develops, implements, and manages new services and tools, and strategic programs to support and enhance business operations and processes.
  • Works cross-functionally with internal and external teams including software development engineers, operation managers, finance, supply chain, leadership to design and release products to market.
  • Identifies and manage program blocking issues, provides escalation management, anticipates, and makes tradeoffs, and balances the business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum of five (5) + years of experience in business analysis/product management.
  • Minimum two (2) years of product/program/project management experience conducting strategic quantitative and/or qualitative analysis in a cross functional/org enterprise environment in retail, ecommerce, consulting, finance, operations, or tech industry to support and improve business operations involving program, process, or product management.
  • Experience managing day-to-day project communications and contributing to Sr. executive management reports and business presentations.
  • Experience in at least 2 of the following areas: product management, strategic management consulting, financial analysis, sales/business development, technology, and P&L management.
  • Experience writing both long- and short- term product planning reports, including strategic marketing analysis, product placement, and financial/business reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to define requirements, specifications, and metrics for successful web services and/or customer experiences efficiently and with quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $130,000 and $178,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
