About this role

Position Summary:
 
Responsible for supporting the Administrative Services and Facilities department by processing daily tasks that include basic types of mail, stock and facilities items, supplies and services for large or high-volume populated offices. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
Responsibilities:
 
  • Receives, logs, sorts and delivers various types of mail to all departments and executives on a daily basis.
  • Receives, stores, distributes, rotates and removes all trash of common and stocked items.
  • Maintains inventory and submits weekly orders of supplies needing replenishment.
  • Administers FedEx users by adding, deleting and auditing all users as needed.
  • Reports and provides basic Facilities needs seen while performing mail and/or stock tasks or as requested.
  • Performs receptionist duties including greeting and directing visitors, notifying appropriate personnel of visitor arrival, and answering and transferring phone calls.
  • Provides related Admin or Facilities support for needs of building or department as assigned.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
 
Requirements
 
  • High School Degree or equivalent preferred and a minimum of one (1) + years’ experience working in a similar field.
