LMW HR is a leading HR services company, providing comprehensive solutions including HR outsourcing, payroll services, Employee of Record (EoR), and recruitment. We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR Operations team, supporting our international client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Greek payroll for international and multinational clients, ensuring full compliance with Greek labor and social security legislation (including ERGANI and statutory reporting).
• Maintain and update employee data in HRM platforms (experience with Pylon HRM – Epsilonet will be considered an asset).
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation, and support payroll-related invoicing and accounting processes.
• Act as a point of contact for international employees and clients, responding to payroll and HR-related inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements and participate in HR operational projects.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in payroll or HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of Greek payroll, ERGANI, and labor legislation.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Business-level English (mandatory).
• Experience with HRM systems (Pylon HRM – Epsilonet preferred).
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with payroll accounting and invoicing procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multinational stakeholders.
• Team-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
