Job Description Summary

Level 3 will have all traits from Level 2 and, in addition, will have good understanding of Team application domain and technology used. Level 3 should be able to give effort estimates for simple changes.

Job Description

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with minimal supervision, participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve quality and share insights.
- Participate in team meetings and input into project discussions.
- Work closely with senior engineers to understand requirements, resolve defects, and support the smooth operation of deployed software.
- Assist in the maintenance and support of existing software applications. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. Help ensure the smooth operation of deployed software.
- Promote application custodianship by participating in incident root-cause analysis and driving improvements in security, maintenance, and resilience.
- Invest to develop your technical and agile skills. Continuously improve technical skills through on-the-job learning and training opportunities. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Seek feedback and actively work on improving coding and problem-solving skills.
- Live Service support, monitoring & identifying bugs and fixes.
- Collaborate effectively, share information openly, role model Group Values to achieve shared goals.
- Share knowledge with early-career engineers to support team development and capability building.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about requirements, provide updates, encourage feedback on new technologies and methodologies.
- Apply DevOps principles with guidance, using logic and data to inform decisions.
