Rotational Leadership Program
LKQ Specialty is seeking to hire recent college graduates into the role of Management Rotation Trainee. Our two-year rotational program is designed to provide a challenging yet educational experience for qualified college graduates in the primary functional areas of our business. Participants will aim to successfully complete each rotation as well as cultivate suggestions and improvements of our current processes.
The Management Rotation Trainee will receive personal training from our program leaders, interact with each of our functional area leaders daily, and receive personal coaching from a dedicated mentor throughout the entirety of the program.
The program is comprised of three core rotations: Customer Service & Sales, Category & Inventory Management, and Operations & Logistics.
As a Management Rotation Trainee, you will be tasked with learning the fundamentals of each of these departments. You will work alongside managers to complete projects & tasks that will help in building the skills needed to become a future business leader.
