THE JOB

The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory is hiring Usher/Ticket Taker Crew Members for our exciting 2026 concert season. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy live entertainment, and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. If you love live music, teamwork, and making lasting impressions on guests, this is a great opportunity to be part of an energetic and welcoming venue team.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and create a positive first impression

  • Scan and verify tickets and credentials at venue entry points and seating sections

  • Assist guests with seat locations, directions, and general venue information

  • Ensure the venue remains safe, clean, and guest-ready throughout events

  • Address guest questions, concerns, or issues with care and professionalism

  • Help maintain crowd flow and ensure guests are safely enjoying the show

  • Guide guests to exits and provide instructions in the event of an emergency

  • Support venue security by monitoring access to restricted areas as needed

  • Participate in the venue’s CARE sustainability program, including recycling efforts and educating guests on waste-reduction initiatives

  • Collaborate with team members post-event to close the venue, which may include collecting recyclables, storing equipment, and tidying seating areas

  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by management

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent judgment, professionalism, and ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Willingness and ability to be on your feet for extended periods, including walking and climbing stairs

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing 25 lbs. or more as needed
