THE JOB
Live Nation’s Integrated Marketing team delivers innovative, insight-led partnerships that connect brands with the cultural impact of live music. As a Senior Manager, you will independently lead the strategic development and execution of sophisticated marketing programs. Acting as a trusted expert, you’ll apply deep analytical thinking, industry knowledge, and client-facing communication skills to deliver tailored solutions that drive meaningful business growth.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Learning and Knowledge
Interpret and apply qualitative and quantitative research to inform idea development and support strategic rationale.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Live Nation’s pricing structure and media value, incorporating it into strategic planning and client recommendations.
Enhance team efficiency by independently applying institutional knowledge to solve challenges, reducing reliance on subject matter experts for foundational information.
Share original thinking, proposal examples, and best practices with the broader IM team to inspire cross-category idea generation and creative excellence.
Program and Proposal Development
Lead the creation of high-impact, fully integrated marketing solutions for prospective brand partners, strategically weaving creative themes and business objectives into compelling campaigns.
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality, strategically aligned work within dedicated timelines.
Develop and present persuasive client-facing materials—including decks, white papers, term sheets, and budgets—with clarity, confidence, and minimal oversight.
Analyze complex brand challenges and proactively incorporate non-traditional Live Nation products and services into strategic solutions.
Apply category-specific knowledge to validate campaign logic and elevate brainstorm outcomes into robust, actionable proposals.
Communication and Relationship Building
Facilitate internal working sessions by owning agendas, guiding discussion, capturing decisions, and defining next steps and responsibilities.
Build and sustain strong working relationships through consistent follow-through and reliable execution, reinforcing trust with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative mindset by integrating diverse team input using a “Yes, and…” approach that builds on ideas and drives innovation.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
5+ years of progressive experience in advertising, marketing, media, or consumer promotions, with a proven track record of leading complex program development independently.
Demonstrated expertise in crafting and presenting integrated marketing proposals that align business strategy with creative storytelling.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and persuasively to client and agency partners.
Advanced ability to analyze data and research, translating insights into actionable strategies and validated campaign concepts.
Proven strength in building cross-functional relationships, managing through influence, and delivering on high-stakes deadlines.
Skilled facilitator with experience leading productive meetings, guiding team ideation, and driving group alignment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and Apple Keynote for high-impact presentation development.
Self-motivated learner with a proactive approach to knowledge-sharing and problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

The expected compensation for this position is: $95,000 - $100,000.
