Sport City Toyota is looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Used Vehicle Sales Representative to join our winning team.
Compensation
$70,000 - $100,000+ per year, with performance bonuses available.
What You’ll Do
- Engage customers to identify their needs and match them with appropriate used vehicles.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles while following the full LAD sales process from greeting to close.
- Deliver sold vehicles and provide a complete, customer‑friendly orientation during handoff.
- Introduce every buyer to the Service Department as part of Lithia’s Sales‑to‑Service process.
- Utilize the CRM to schedule appointments, complete follow‑ups, and document all customer interactions.
- Stay knowledgeable on inventory, product features, and market trends.
- Contribute to a positive team environment that aligns with LAD’s values and performance standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Basic math and computer proficiency.
- Ability to learn dealership systems, including CRM.
- Self‑motivated, accountable, and adaptable to change while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Previous automotive sales experience is helpful but not required — we provide training.

- Regular standing, walking, and vehicle operation; ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
