  • Connect with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection and buying process.

  • Present product features, benefits, and finance options clearly and confidently.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.

  • Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and training to maintain your edge.

What You Bring:

  • Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the desire to succeed.

  • Professionalism, integrity, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.

  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
