We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Body Shop Parts Department team. If you’re organized, reliable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Receive, ship, and deliver parts accurately and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service to retail, service, and wholesale clients
- Organize and maintain the parts inventory — stock shelves, label bins, and track locations
- Keep detailed records of deliveries, returns, and funds
- Assist with inventory audits and annual physical inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and delivery vehicle
- Work collaboratively with technicians and team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an automotive dealership or parts department a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

What you'll do
- The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, shipping, and delivering parts accurately and efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. They will also organize and maintain the parts inventory and assist with inventory audits.
