Be the Voice of the Dealership: Service BDC Representative Wanted!
Priority Honda Roanoke is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing team! As part of Lithia & Driveway, the largest automotive retailer in North America, we offer stability, growth, and real career advancement in the automotive industry.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule service appointments
Follow up with customers regarding maintenance reminders and service recommendations
Confirm appointments and ensure accurate customer information
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to arrival
Work closely with the service advisors and management team to drive service traffic
Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
Customer-service mindset with a positive, professional attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus—but not required
Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mentality
