This is a Part‑Time position requiring:
Evening availability Monday through Friday
Some daytime shifts as needed
Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will play a key role in maintaining our store’s reputation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Greet and assist customers entering the showroom
Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
Support the Office Manager and/or General Manager with clerical tasks
Represent the dealership with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications
A team player focused on outstanding customer service
Strong in written and verbal communication
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience as a Receptionist (preferred not required)
