What You’ll Do:
As an Express Lube Advisor, you’ll be the first impression and the trusted voice between our customers and technicians. You’ll:
- Greet every guest with professionalism and warmth
- Listen actively and identify their service needs
- Clearly communicate recommendations and solutions
- Ensure every customer leaves with confidence and satisfaction
