Location: Medford, OR (hybrid ideal, open to remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST
Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $16.85-$24.05/hr. The anticipated starting pay ($16.85-$20.00/hr) is determined by factors such as skills, experience, and organizational considerations. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

Are you looking to start your career in Accounts Payable, Vendor Relations, or Auditing? Join Lithia & Driveway as a Vendor Administrator, where you'll play a key role in maintaining our Master Vendor file and ensuring vendor compliance.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain vendor records, ensuring compliance with policies
Audit vendor data and recommend process improvements
Collect and verify certificates of insurance
Process 1099s at year-end
Generate vendor reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
