About this role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. You will own and scale all business-side recruiting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. We are looking for someone with early-stage startup experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and help us build a talent-dense team. This is a critical hire to support our hypergrowth, as we plan to double our headcount this year, with the majority of growth on the go-to-market side.What will you be doing?Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing for all go-to-market roles.Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to build hiring strategy, define ideal candidate profiles, and calibrate quickly.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier talent for current and future roles.Drive an exceptional candidate experience from the first touchpoint to the final offer.Contribute to strategic projects focused on talent branding to improve top-of-funnel and organic applications.
