Our Coles Liquor team work across three leading brands (Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base. With a network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.
As a Senior Project Manager within our Liquor business, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional projects that directly support our strategic priorities. You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to initiatives that span multiple teams, business units and stakeholder groups.
This role blends strategic thinking, operational excellence and strong people leadership to ensure successful delivery and adoption of change. This role will see you navigating ambiguity, simplifying complexity, and ensuring project outcomes connect seamlessly to broader business and strategic objectives.
You will also:
You’re an experienced project leader with a track record of delivering large, complex initiatives in similarly dynamic environments. You thrive in ambiguity, communicate with clarity, and influence effectively at senior levels. You’re commercially minded, people‑centric, and take pride in bringing structure, alignment and engagement to complex change.
