<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Supervision: Provide robust supervision and support to Supervising Social Workers, trainees, and support staff.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Growth & Recruitment: Participate in the advertisement, recruitment, and selection of new social work talent.</span></li>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">To be successful in this role, you must possess:</span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Social Work England Registration (Active).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Degree level qualification or equivalent in Social Work.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ Years Post-Qualifying Experience in statutory childcare work, including child protection.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.</span></li>
