<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is recruiting a </span><span data-contrast="auto">Children’s </span><span data-contrast="auto">Social Worker to join its client’s Referral and Assessment</span><span data-contrast="auto"> team, based in Swindon.</span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Receive and screen referrals from professionals, families, or the public.</li>
<li>Conduct initial assessments to determine risk levels and service eligibility.</li>
<li>Make decisions on whether cases require further intervention under Section 17 (Child in Need) or Section 47 (Child Protection).</li>
<li>Undertake home visits and interviews with children and families.</li>
<li>Liaise with police, schools, health services, and other agencies to gather information.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for further action.</li>
<li>Escalate cases to child protection teams when necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses to referrals.</li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">To be successful in this role you must have;</span> </p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Social Work England registration</span> </li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Eligible to work in the UK</span> </li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hold a full UK driving licence</span> </li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Post-qualified experience</span> </li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Degree level or equivalent in Social Work</span> </li>
