  • Oversee vendor onboarding, logistics planning, delivery tracking, and site interface coordination for contractor-installed OFCI equipment
  • Lead and facilitate OFCI coordination meetings, providing clear reporting on cost, lead times, risk, submittals, and delivery status through dashboards and trackers
  • Identify and manage procurement-related risks (lead times, supply chain constraints, interface gaps, scope overlaps) and proactively drive mitigation plans
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve OFCI supply chain strategies across regional and global programs
  • Maintain procurement reporting dashboards and track cost performance against budgets.
  • Apply market expertise to drive innovation and best practices in OFCI sourcing, contracting, and vendor management
  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance on OFCI procurement processes, vendor management, and owner-side best practices

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have grown your procurement experience over the last 10 years with increasing levels of leadership
  • Proven experience managing OFCI packages (e.g., generators, Transformers, UPS systems, switchgears, chillers, UPS CRAH, PDU, STS, Busways and Fanwalls).
  • Have experience in a construction environment within the mission critical, data center,  pharmaceutical/medical device sectors or from an EPC background in the oil and gas sector
