Friday - Sunday 6:00PM - 6:00AM

Pay: $22.00 plus $2/hr. shift differential

Drive operations forward by expertly operating a stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility. Ensure all activities comply with company and regulatory safety standards, policies, and procedures. Prior experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment is required to succeed in this role

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate a high-reach forklift to put away palletized units into racks above floor height.

• Pick palletized units from elevated rack locations and stage them for outbound shipment.

• Accurately select and record materials, weights, counts, and conditions of food items using our Radio Frequency (RF) system.

• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.

• Perform daily forklift maintenance and complete check sheets to ensure equipment is in top working condition.

• Monitor battery charge, maintain and clean batteries, and ensure material handling equipment is returned to the proper charging station.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

• Assist with operation of other machinery and material handling equipment as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• At least 6 months of hands-on high-reach forklift experience is required.

• Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.

• Ability to work in cold storage (as low as -20°F/-25°C) or dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C) while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kgs); heavier lifting may be required depending on the facility.

• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.

• Comfortable in environments with varying noise levels, which can occasionally be loud.

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
