About this role

Shift: 2nd Shift: Tu-F 3pm - 1:30a

Training: 4-6 weeks of training on 1st shift, Monday – Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM before transitioning to the 2nd shift schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and virtually monitor all warehouse processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time completion
  • Optimize product flow and ensure the operation meets throughput goals
  • Identify system downtime, analyze root causes, and recommend improvement plans
  • Maximize system capacity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks
  • Troubleshoot and lead root‑cause analysis for complex automation or control system issues
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for advanced technical challenges
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create best practices for automated warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot systems and equipment with a technical mindset
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and comfort working through ambiguity
  • A team player who communicates well with all levels of the organization
  • Flexibility to work required schedules, including weekends when needed
  • Comfortable working in a cold storage environment when applicable (with PPE provided)
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
