About this role
Training: 4-6 weeks of training on 1st shift, Monday – Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM before transitioning to the 2nd shift schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and virtually monitor all warehouse processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time completion
- Optimize product flow and ensure the operation meets throughput goals
- Identify system downtime, analyze root causes, and recommend improvement plans
- Maximize system capacity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks
- Troubleshoot and lead root‑cause analysis for complex automation or control system issues
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for advanced technical challenges
- Collaborate with the technical team to create best practices for automated warehouse operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot systems and equipment with a technical mindset
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and comfort working through ambiguity
- A team player who communicates well with all levels of the organization
- Flexibility to work required schedules, including weekends when needed
- Comfortable working in a cold storage environment when applicable (with PPE provided)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
