<p><strong>Summary</strong></p> <p>The Project Manager will lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex, non‑IT initiatives across engineering, research and development, financial systems, product rollouts, and other operational programs. A key focus of this role is managing the global deployment of data‑center robotics solutions, ensuring safe, efficient, and on‑schedule implementation across multiple sites. This position requires strong cross‑functional leadership, operational rigor, and the ability to drive structured processes in fast‑moving environments.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate end‑to‑end project activities, developing detailed plans, timelines, and resource strategies to achieve program goals.</li> <li>Partner with engineering, operations, and field teams to define project specifications, align on requirements, and ensure successful deployment of robotics solutions across data‑center locations.</li> <li>Drive execution against established schedules, proactively identifying risks, removing blockers, and ensuring operational readiness.</li> <li>Develop standardized, repeatable deployment processes for each robotics solution, including documentation, training materials, and operational playbooks.</li> <li>Facilitate cross‑functional communication with management, engineering, production, and field operations to maintain alignment on project scope and procedures.</li> <li>Present proposals, reports, and findings to internal stakeholders and external partners.</li> <li>Support workforce planning by recruiting, assigning, and evaluating team members, ensuring appropriate skill development and performance standards.</li> <li>Analyze technology requirements, resource needs, and market considerations to assess project feasibility and inform decision‑making.</li> <li>Review and recommend contracts, cost estimates, and design changes to support project objectives.</li> <li>Consult with clients and internal partners to prepare and refine project specifications.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.</li> <li>High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience providing constructive feedback and supporting team development.</li> <li>Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, cost management, and operational efficiency techniques.</li> <li>Knowledge of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.</li> <li>Proficiency with project management and productivity tools, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Typical Day‑to‑Day</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables</li> <li>Executing deployment task lists across robotics implementation sites</li> <li>Coordinating with engineering and operations teams to ensure readiness and resolve issues</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field</li> <li>PMI or PMP certification preferred</li> </ul> <p><br><br>Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
