<p>A leading global technology company is seeking a <strong>Digital Channel Marketing Manager</strong> to support its Business Messaging Marketing team during a parental leave coverage period. This role is responsible for managing and executing in‑app and digital marketing campaigns for small and medium‑sized businesses (SMBs), with a focus on business messaging products. The position requires strong creative strategy, lifecycle marketing expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑impact, data‑driven campaigns.</p>
<p>This is a high‑visibility role supporting a rapidly growing business area, offering the opportunity to influence product adoption and engagement across a global user base.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Campaign Development & Strategy</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the development and execution of in‑app communication strategies across owned digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and product engagement.</li>
<li>Build an audience‑first creative and communication calendar that balances user needs with product adoption goals.</li>
<li>Develop compelling calls‑to‑action (CTAs) and utilize deep links to guide users seamlessly to key product features.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Creative Production & Execution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage creative production workflows, including briefing, asset development, reviews, and approvals.</li>
<li>Partner with technical program managers, engineers, content strategists, and creative teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑time campaign executions.</li>
<li>Ensure campaigns meet brand, product, and localization requirements across diverse global audiences.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with product, data science, content, creative, and engineering teams to build integrated, measurable campaign experiences.</li>
<li>Serve as the operational lead for the in‑app channel, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross‑team alignment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Measurement & Optimization</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with data science partners to analyze web analytics, channel engagement, and product usage data.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and make data‑driven recommendations.</li>
<li>Track and report on campaign metrics, providing insights to leadership and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree and <strong>5+ years of digital marketing experience</strong>.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and proactively develop solutions.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of completion.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of mobile app development and experience partnering with technical teams.</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and data‑driven decision‑making.</li>
<li>Strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and executional rigor.</li>
<li>Ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges faced by SMB audiences.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>

<li>Experience managing vendor and agency relationships.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of digital campaign creation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.</li>
