About this role
- Perform daily tasks, including recording coolant refractometer readings, topping up machine oils, and tracking usage.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery, changing filters, and checking fluids levels.
- Manage inventories of oil and coolant.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in fluid storage area.
- Operate forklift and floor scrubber as needed.
- Ensure equipment is maintained in a safe and clean manner.
- Close work order using the maintenance systems.
- Perform general plant maintenance as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Required Skills/Experience
- Some mechanical work experience required

- The Level 1 – Maintenance Labourer performs various manual and routine tasks to support the maintenance department. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, managing inventories, and ensuring equipment safety and cleanliness.
