Clinical Audit - Team Coordinator

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Team Coordinator – CCM Audit and Reporting to lead a team of auditors and ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of client CCM reports and data. This role oversees dashboard validation and manages the compilation and distribution of 24-Hour Reports to client facilities, ensuring alignment with operational and clinical standards in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

This is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of auditors to ensure high-quality performance and consistent reporting standards.
• Review and validate client dashboards to ensure accuracy of insights and data shared with facility clients.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and distribution of the 24-Hour Report to client facilities.
• Ensure all reports meet operational, regulatory, and clinical standards.
• Monitor workflows and turnaround times to maintain efficiency and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve reporting issues and improve audit processes.
• Identify trends, risks, or data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support training and onboarding of audit team members.
• Maintain documentation and quality assurance standards.

• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong sense of urgency and dedication to completing tasks on time

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Registered Nurse
• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Nursing background with auditing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) EMR system is mandatory
• Familiarity with Matrix and Sigma systems is advantageous (not required).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – Shifts to be discussed
