We are uniquely placed in the middle of the organization, serving as a bridge between commercial and technical teams; we are the power users of our tools, and hence we support implementation, optimization, and analytics as well as product and process developments.</p> <p>Performance Strategy supports all Accelerate customers, through every stage of the account lifecycle, with an eye on performance, scale, and growth strategies. We thrive in being the performance specialists &amp; strategists, and in the Accelerate world, performance = revenue. We do that by continually balancing diverse responsibilities and collaborating with various teams across the org, as highlighted in the table below.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintains ownership of accounts as well as maintained pooled support across both Existing and New Business functions</li> <li>Understanding Liftoff’s product, nuances, and trends</li> <li>Delivering great quality work against the Performance Strategy goals, across a variety of projects (analytical, technical, commercial, customer, product, or process-based)</li> <li>Serve as a POC for key clients - including ad-hoc client interactions, managing &amp; optimizing for performance, collaborating with account teams, and escalating niche issues internally</li> <li>Optimize campaigns for post-install goals using Looker, proprietary tools, and dashboards; making recommendations to the client-facing team to enhance customer strategies while identifying product needs and requirements and articulating findings back to internal stakeholders</li> <li>Lead cross-functional communication across both technical and non-technical teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years campaign optimization, BI or analytical experience in adtech; performance-focused optimization experience a must</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree</li> <li>Fluent in Business Mandarin and English</li> <li>Project management, organizational, and communication skills</li> <li>A process-oriented approach and the ability to draw insights from data</li> <li>A forward-thinking spirit with deep attention to detail</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location:</strong></p> <p><strong>The required location for this position is Beijing.</strong></p> <p>This is a hybrid role (2-3 days/week in-office) with a preferred location in Beijing.</p> <p><strong>Travel Expectations:</strong><br>We offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building.</p> <p><strong>Compensation</strong>:<br>Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence.
