Position Summary: Under the supervision of an RN, assists in assuring optimal patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Certifications

• Nursing Assistant Certificate (SRNA/CNA) preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
• Handle with Care required within 7 days of hire
