Job Title: Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement

Purpose of the Role
The Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement will report into the Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement. In this role, he/she will have the opportunity to use and develop their Lean knowledge and skills and provide process improvement support to Operations and support teams to enable achievement of their business plan objectives and deliver sustainable performance improvements in Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
In this role, he/she will be involved in facilitating Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives along with deploying CI training modules, methodologies, and tools to help build the organization’s capability to drive continuous improvement through employee engagement and involvement. The Senior Analyst, CI will ensure proper application of standardized process improvement techniques across all CI initiatives.

What We Offer:
Salary range: $79,900 – 101,800 CAD annually (commensurate with experience)
