Job Title: Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement

 

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement

Purpose of the Role

The Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement will report into the Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement. In this role, he/she will have the opportunity to use and develop their Lean knowledge and skills and provide process improvement support to Operations and support teams to enable achievement of their business plan objectives and deliver sustainable performance improvements in Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost. 

 

In this role, he/she will be involved in facilitating Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives along with deploying CI training modules, methodologies, and tools to help build the organization’s capability to drive continuous improvement through employee engagement and involvement.  The Senior Analyst, CI will ensure proper application of standardized process improvement techniques across all CI initiatives.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead small to medium CI projects to improve workflows, efficiency, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate RCIP (Rapid Continuous Improvement Process) events and training sessions.
  • Coach and mentor employees in Lean principles and problem-solving methods.
  • Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Support capacity planning, labor forecasting, and operations management processes.
  • Promote CI resources and tools across the organization.

 

What you bring to the role: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Lead small to medium CI projects to improve workflows, efficiency, and outcomes.

  • Coach and mentor employees in Lean principles and problem-solving methods.
  • Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

What We Offer:

Salary range: $79,900 – 101,800 CAD annually (commensurate with experience)
